Would you like our commitment to find you the home of your dreams?
This is how it works:
A minimum down payment of $15,000 is required. After your credit application has been approved, we will request an initial commitment deposit of $2,500.
“After We Receive Your Commitment…We Will Give You Ours”
That’s right…we will be committed to finding you the home of your dreams!
You will then provide us with specific criteria about your dream home, such as:
- Area and neighborhood of your choice
- Type and size of the home you desire
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms you require
- Your garage preferences
- Any other requirements you and your family may have
Once we have all required information, we will do our very best to find your dreamhome! In addition to receiving our commitment to finding you that perfect home, you will also have first option to purchase any home that becomes available in our property listings.
You are not under any obligation to purchase any home we offer you; the home you select is completely your choice. If we are unable to find your dream home after 3 months, you have the option to receive a full refund. No questions asked!
