You Find It…We Buy It™! That’s right, you find the home of your dreams and we will buy it for you!
This particular Purchase Program provides you with the freedom to choose your new home. Once your application has been approved, we provide you with the maximum home-purchase value for which you are eligible and an approximate monthly payment for the home of your choice. Beyond that, the rest is up to you!

Purchase Option #2: Purchase Commitment Program™
Program Requirement: Minimum down payment of $15,000
“You Commit to Us…We’ll Commit to You!”
That’s right, we commit to finding you the home of your dreams!
Upon approval of your application and receipt of your Commitment Deposit, we will request general criteria about the type of home you are looking for. You choose the neighbourhood, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, style of house and any other features you and your family desire in your new home!

Purchase Option #3: CHSI Property Listings Inventory
Program Requirement: Flexible.
“We may already have the home of your dreams!”
That’s right; we may already have the home of your dreams in our current property listings inventory!
This program is specifically designed for those who wish to purchase a home in a short period of time, or may be working with less money down. The down payment requirements will vary depending on the purchase price of the home selected.
CHSI “Accredited Affiliate Program“
In addition to our own Lease to Own Programs, and in an extended effort to “Help as many Canadians realize the ultimate dream of owning their own home”as possible, we are pleased to announce that we are showcasing properties and (Lease to Own/Rent To Own) services being offered by other companies from all across Canada.
