This letter is to thank you for all your help in getting us into a home we would not have been able to get into at this time in our lives.

    We didn't have the best credit but our monthly income had just doubled. Most every bank wanted to see a year of this income and our credit cleaned up before they would look at us. With a minimal down payment and a very fair monthly payment, you got us into a house we absolutely adore and will live in for a very long time.

    Another thing we were very impressed with was how fast we got possession of the property. The paper work was taken care of in a timely manner as well. I think from the day we looked at the house to the time we were moving in was only Ten days, and that's exactly what we were looking for, because we didn't want to move during the school year or during winter. There was only a month till school started when we looked at the property.
