At the end of the lease term you may decide that you would prefer to just sell the house and move on. If this is your choice, Creative Housing Solutions Canada (CHSI) has first option to purchase your home from you and will be happy to pay you FULL market value.

We will appoint a third party certified appraiser to determine the market value of your home to ensure you receive fair market value for your home. If CHSI Canada does not choose to exercise the option to purchase your home from you, you then have the opportunity to sell the home to a buyer of your choice.
