Creative Housing Solutions has helped make our dreams of home ownership a reality. Prior to learning about Creative Housing Solutions, we were renting a third floor apartment, and with two young children this was becoming very difficult. They always had to be quiet and there was no space for them to play outside. We were also throwing away a large amount of money every month on rent. We longed for a home of our own with a big backyard where our children could play. Unfortunately, we did not have the large down payment that the banks required.
When we came across the CHSI website, we found their Lease – Option program very interesting and began checking their property listings daily. Within a couple of weeks we saw the home of our dreams. My husband and I were on the phone with Tony almost immediately and the very next day Tony gave us a personal tour of the home. We were signing paperwork within the week.
The Creative Housing Solutions program is so simple and yet very effective. We were able to live in our new home, and while making the all-inclusive monthly payments on time, we were also saving for our own down payment at the same time. In one year, we were able to approach the bank and secure our conventional financing with the down payment we had accumulated through the CHSI Program. Since obtaining our own financing, we have now accumulated in excess of $100,000 worth of equity in our home!
Here we are, one year later and we have enjoyed making our house into "Our Home". We are very grateful that we have been given this wonderful opportunity to enter into home-ownership, and we highly recommend this program to anyone who is in a similar situation.

DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM™
Our company’s mission is to help Canadians realize the Canadian dream of home ownership!
This Program is only available to clients already in our Lease to Own
Purchase Program.
Many of our Lease to Own clients find they are able to qualify for a
conventional mortgage after the first year, but find themselves just a
little short of the required down payment.
In an extended effort to assist our clients in realizing their dream, we are pleased to present our Down Payment Assistance Program™. This program is available on all of our Purchase Programs.
Owning your own home just doesn’t get any easier than this!
The terms are really quite simple. If you have made all of your monthly Lease and Option payments on time, we will reward you with the option of taking advantage of our Down Payment Assistance Program™. If you require just a little extra financial boost, we will be happy to offer you an interest free loan. This is our way of rewarding you!
We will provide you with an interest free loan up to 3% of the original purchase price of the home. That’s $7,797.00 on a $259,900 home.
The interest free loan will essentially help you “top up” your down payment. This loan should not affect your debt to service ratio, as there are no monthly payments required for the first year of the term!
That’s Right…No Interest & No Payments!
If you are not ready to pay off the interest-free loan after the first year, you will only be required to make monthly, interest-only payments on the outstanding amount of the loan balance.
