Step 2- The Application and Approval Process
Complete the Confidential Application Form and fax it to us at 780-433-7895.
Please note: A separate Application Form must be completed for each shareholder or partner that will be involved with the franchised business.
Also note: Only complete and submit Part A (Personal Information).
We will review your Application. If acceptable, we will advise you to proceed to Part B of the Application process. Our Part B Application Form includes Financials and References, 3 Personal References and a Criminal Record Check.
Once Part B of your Application has been reviewed and reciprocal suitability is established, we will contact you and ask you to proceed to the final stage (Part C) of the application process which requires you to complete an independent professional Personality Assessment and Profile. The rationale for the personality assessment is to ensure that all our Franchisees are set up for success. Unlike some other franchises, we are not interested in simply collecting franchise fees; we care about the long-term success of our company and everyone who joins our Creative Team. We view the personality assessment as an “investment in yourself.” We want to be sure that our Franchise Opportunity is not only a good fit for us, but also a good fit for you and your family. This is just one of the elements that provide you—and us—with additional insight related to your traits, motivators and career behaviours. Our goal is to do everything in our power to ensure that you succeed!
Upon receiving the results of the professional Personality Assessment and Profile, we will contact you and make arrangements to review the assessment. After we have reviewed and discussed the assessment, we will then advise you on the status of your Application.
If you meet our qualifications we will arrange a personal face to face meeting. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to meet with our Creative Team and visit our Corporate Office. If both parties choose to proceed, you will then receive our Confidential Franchise Disclosure Document. If your Application is not approved we will advise you of our decision as well.
Under Franchise Law you will have a period of 14 days (from the date of receipt) to review the Disclosure Document with your professional advisors. After you have consulted with your advisors and made your final decision, you will then be required to execute the Franchise Agreement and submit the Agreement to us along with the Franchise Fee.
After we have received your fully executed Franchise Agreement and payment of the Franchise Fee you will be advised of the next available training date.
Once training has been successfully completed, and your office and systems have been set-up in accordance with our requirements, you will then be on your way to creating your own personal and financial success.
