Primary Factor # 2
Failure is created as a direct result of a “severe lack of education” on the part of the Real Estate Investor, and specifically in the area of the “Lease-to-Own / Rent-to-Own” Real Estate Investing concept. This severe lack of knowledge includes, but is not necessarily limited to the use of the correct forms, and the “step-by-step” processes that must be followed in order to create success for all stakeholders involved in the transaction.
It is also critical that the Real Estate Investor is fully aware of where they are at with respect to the “Real Estate Cycle”. Structuring a “Lease-to-Own / Rent-to-Own” transaction at the wrong time, may very well create a disaster for everyone involved, and that includes the Real Estate Investor. This is what we were referring to earlier when we used the term “Doing it the RIGHT way”
