Tony Peters
Tony regularly shares his wealth of knowledge in a monthly column on creative real estate investing. He also contributes to the community as the current Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Edmonton Financial Literacy Society and President of the Smart Save Corporation. In addition he is actively involved with various condominium boards. Tony's belief in empowering people to influence change and his desire to provide society with opportunities otherwise unavailable led him to incorporate a company focused on providing Canadians with the opportunity of home ownership. He shares his passion through both word and action and encourages people to take control of their lives. "œIt's not what you think," says Tony. "œIt's what you do that really matters!" Tony's dedication comes from passion, and that passion comes from empowering.

Jo-Ann Peters
Co-Founder, Vice President Operations
As Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations, Jo-Ann has worked passionately to assist in the design and implementation of a variety of unique and creative (Lease to Own) home ownership programs. As CHSI Canada awards franchises across the country, her focus has now shifted to sharing the vision with fellow Canadians that possess similar beliefs and values as Creative Housing Solutions Canada.
Jo-Ann is driven by the guiding principals of the company, to help all stakeholders realize their goals and ambitions.
Coming from a rural Alberta background, Jo-Ann exudes integrity and a strong work ethic, which she in turn expects from others. With 15 years experience in the area of public relations, Jo-Ann understands the importance of delivering solid client service, satisfaction and communication.
Jo-Ann also believes that she has a moral duty to give back to society. Outside of CHSI, Jo-Ann is an active supporter of a variety of charitable organizations. As a progressive and forward thinker, Jo-Ann recognizes the lack of financial literacy in Canada, and has made it her mission to promote financial literacy in schools, and make youth more "œaware" across Canada. With this vision in mind, and the passion to influence positive change in society, Jo-Ann will soon focus her attention on Creative Housing Solutions Canada very own charitable (financial literacy for youth) foundation.
Brenda Lenko
Executive Administrator
Brenda is Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President Operations and CHSI Canada's Executive Administrator. She manages the entire administrative team as well as providing support to the Franchisees. With well over 20 years in senior administration, Brenda brings experience in many areas including human resources, legal as well as business and office management.
Dedicated to our values, Brenda possesses the strong work ethic which we represent. With her integrity and sound judgment, she is a valued member of our team.
Brenda has an acute ability to create solutions to problems at many levels. Dedicated to customer care and service, she is articulate and professional with all constituencies. This includes the organizing of company staff as well as their interactions with outside parties. Brenda's keen attention to detail has made her a profoundly valuable asset to the CHSI Canada team.
Having lived and worked in a foreign culture in her youth, Brenda has brought to the company an understanding of other cultures as well as a deeper understanding of our own. Her community involvement includes Member of the Board of El Shaddai Ministries International, a non-profit organization.
Tamara Bruins
National Client Services Manager
Tamara manages the National Program Information Centre (NPIC) and is responsible for providing ongoing support to Franchisees across the Nation. She is also responsible for the development and updating of training material as well as training of new employees.
Born in Switzerland and fluent in 3 languages (with an understanding of 2 more), Tamara has the unique advantage of understanding different customs and cultures.
Tamara has 4 years of experience in management, and 5 years of experience directly relating to customer service and communications. She has obtained a diploma with honours in hospitality management, with a key focus on client service. Her collective experience in client relations, communications and the hospitality industry has been instrumental in further enhancing Creative Housing Solutions strong commitment to revolutionize corporate communications.
Tamara also shares in the corporate vision of helping Canadians realize the ultimate dream of owning their own home.
Tamara gives back to the community by volunteering for the Little Bits Therapeutic Riding Association.

With more than 20 years' experience in the petrochemical, forestry and mining construction industries, Tony is an exceptional leader with a penchant for thinking big.
