Thank you so much for your honesty, understanding and patience, as well as also for being straightforward, trustworthy and professional. We had read the Mission Statement for Creative Housing Solutions just recently and have to agree that the service we received was certainly just what the Mission Statement says. We were very hopeful 18 months ago when we spoke on the phone and you said you would do everything possible to make our trip from Fort McMurray worthwhile. We had such a hard time in the beginning with the TV shows about mortgage fraud and our lawyer advising us it was a bad shady deal. Yet somehow it all came together because you took the time to ease our minds. If it were up to bankers and lawyers nobody would own a home….thank you Tony. You showed us two houses and we fell in love with the second one. Within twenty minutes we were on our way to finally owning our own home. It was worth the trip and far beyond our expectations. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you’ve done for us and for REALLY caring about people. It sure feels nice to know that in this world today there are people like you. We knew we were in good hands and now we own our own home.

Thanks to Creative Housing Solutions….. My wife and I are both Lawyers, and prior to landing in Canada as skilled workers, we both had impeccable credit records in the UK. We were soon to realize that it was an uphill task trying to buy a house in Canada without placing a down payment of at least 25%.
There was always that brick wall posed by our lack of the so-called “Canadian Credit History”. Even though we had the money, we did not think it wise to tie down such figures in one single deal, as there were other contending responsibilities and expenses incidental to our settling in a new environment. It was indeed a daunting task until we met Tony and his crew at “Creative Housing Solutions”. They gave us the solution/key. We opted for the second option on their list of options, and we now have the keys to an apartment that will be ours in a year’s time. Before then we should have built up a formidable credit history, good enough to raise a mortgage.

Creative Housing Solutions has helped make our dreams of home ownership a reality. Prior to learning about Creative Housing Solutions, we were renting a third floor apartment, and with two young children this was becoming very difficult. They always had to be quiet and there was no space for them to play outside. We were also throwing away a large amount of money every month on rent. We longed for a home of our own with a big backyard where our children could play. Unfortunately, we did not have the large down payment that the banks required.
When we came across the CHSI website, we found their Lease – Option program very interesting and began checking their property listings daily. Within a couple of weeks we saw the home of our dreams. My husband and I were on the phone with Tony almost immediately and the very next day Tony gave us a personal tour of the home. We were signing paperwork within the week.
The Creative Housing Solutions program is so simple and yet very effective. We were able to live in our new home, and while making the all-inclusive monthly payments on time, we were also saving for our own down payment at the same time. In one year, we were able to approach the bank and secure our conventional financing with the down payment we had accumulated through the CHSI Program. Since obtaining our own financing, we have now accumulated in excess of $100,000 worth of equity in our home!
Here we are, one year later and we have enjoyed making our house into “Our Home”. We are very grateful that we have been given this wonderful opportunity to enter into home-ownership, and we highly recommend this program to anyone who is in a similar situation.

Thank you so much for helping us to realize our dream of becoming home owners. We had thought for a long time that this was an ambition that would perpetually elude us – however you facilitated our success. We were often made to feel that a mortgage was beyond out grasp because we ere under the misbelieve that we had poor credit. After discussion with Brad he explained that we had no credit history. We had always felt that if we needed to purchase something, we should pay cash. Little did we know at that time, that our acts of responsible consumerism would work against us when we needed it the most. I want to express my most sincere gratitude to Creative Housing Solutions for making my dream come true. As a mortgage underwriter, I know how hard it is to qualify and save for a down payment. For years, I have helped many people purchase their first home; a dream of mine that I thought would never come to fruition. Trying to time the Calgary market and finally move from renting was proving to be an extremely difficult task. Purchasing a decent home in Calgary on a single income was impossible. With your program, not only was I able to purchase my first home but I was able to purchase my dream home. Together we found a property that was more than I ever could have expected or imagined. Everything about the home is perfect! Without you, my dream never would have become reality.
The simple fact that you tailor your contracts to each individual is what sets you apart. Mortgage financing typically needs to fit into a neat little box with no deviations from policy. It lacks common sense and any kind of vision to really help people. No matter what my credit issues may be or how much I had for a down payment you went above and beyond to work with me and give me something I never thought possible. Now, I finally own my own home and the payments are very manageable for my budget. Every step of the way you were there for me and continue to be there for any help or questions I may have.

This letter is to thank you for all your help in getting us into a home we would not have been able to get into at this time in our lives.
We didn’t have the best credit but our monthly income had just doubled. Most every bank wanted to see a year of this income and our credit cleaned up before they would look at us. With a minimal down payment and a very fair monthly payment, you got us into a house we absolutely adore and will live in for a very long time.
Another thing we were very impressed with was how fast we got possession of the property. The paper work was taken care of in a timely manner as well. I think from the day we looked at the house to the time we were moving in was only Ten days, and that’s exactly what we were looking for, because we didn’t want to move during the school year or during winter. There was only a month till school started when we looked at the property.

This is my second home in this program! The first time I was in the system, I chose to exercise one of the options available at the end of my lease term. This time around, I chose the program of “You Find It, We Buy It” as our family wanted to relocate to St. Albert from Edmonton.
Because I did not know any realtors in St. Albert, Jim and Susan (the CHSI reps for the St. Albert area) introduced me to a local realtor. The two of us went out together and saw 12 or so houses and at the end of that day, had it narrowed down to two very nice homes. We are now living in my dream home, and will own it in a year! My goal was to own a home before the prices soared even higher! One major factor that impressed me about this program was that my purchase price with CHSI is guaranteed for one year.
Jim and Susan sat down with me and discussed my future financial planning with regard to making my credit look as positive as possible. This will help me to be successful when it is time for me to apply for my own mortgage in a year’s time.
Less than 2 months later, my family and I moved into our new home! This property is absolutely a dream and the daily drive to work in Edmonton is a breeze.
