Tony Peters – Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer
Tony is an accomplished businessman with keen real estate investment and financial sense. With more than 20 years’ experience in the petrochemical, forestry and mining construction industries, Tony is an exceptional leader with a penchant for thinking big. As founder and owner of numerous companies, and having personally transacted over 100 properties since his first real estate investment in 1999, Tony is uniquely qualified to offer solid, successful advice on real estate and investing as President & CEO of Creative Housing Solutions Canada.
Tony regularly shares his wealth of knowledge in a monthly column on creative real estate investing. He also contributes to the community as the current Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Edmonton Financial Literacy Society and President of the Smart Save Corporation. In addition he is actively involved with various condominium boards.
Tony’s belief in empowering people to influence change and his desire to provide society with opportunities otherwise unavailable led him to incorporate a company focused on providing Canadians with the opportunity of home ownership. He shares his passion through both word and action and encourages people to take control of their lives. “It’s not what you think,” says Tony. “It’s what you do that really matters!” Tony’s dedication comes from passion, and that passion comes from empowering.
Jo-Ann Peters – Co-Founder, Vice President Operations
As Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations, Jo-Ann has worked passionately to assist in the design and implementation of a variety of unique and creative (Lease to Own) home ownership programs. Jo-Ann’s focus has now shifted to sharing the vision with fellow Canadians that possess similar beliefs and values as Creative Housing Solutions Canada.
Jo-Ann is driven by the guiding principals of the company, to help all stakeholders realize their goals and ambitions.
Coming from a rural Alberta background, Jo-Ann exudes integrity and a strong work ethic, which she in turn expects from others. With 15 years experience in the area of public relations, Jo-Ann understands the importance of delivering solid client service, satisfaction and communication.
Jo-Ann also believes that she has a moral duty to give back to society. Outside of CHSI, Jo-Ann is an active supporter of a variety of charitable organizations. As a progressive and forward thinker, Jo-Ann recognizes the lack of financial literacy in Canada, and has made it her mission to promote financial literacy in schools, and make youth more “aware” across Canada. With this vision in mind, and the passion to influence positive change in society, Jo-Ann will soon focus her attention on Creative Housing Solutions Canada very own charitable (financial literacy for youth) foundation
Jeff Brayer – President, Kamloops Division
Jeff is a creative thinker and has the unique ability to initiate creative solutions to seemingly impossible situations. He is dedicated to establishing awareness and growth of the
company in the Kamloops and surrounding areas by establishing a strong network.
His expertise comes from a business background primarily focused on (new home) construction and real estate investing. Along with his wife, Shelley, Jeff made the move from Alberta to the Kamloops area in 2009.
Jeff is committed to helping Canadians achieve the “ultimate dream of owning their own home” and demonstrates his integrity in everything that he does. He shares the visionary philosophy of Creative Housing Solutions Canada Inc. and believes accountability, teamwork and hard work are the foundation to building great success!
Shelley Brayer – Director of Operations, Kamloops Division

Since late 2008 she has strived to introduce the Kamloops area to our unique Lease to Own System. Seeing the great need for bridging the “gap” between renting and home ownership, she and her husband Jeff made the move to beautiful Kamloops in 2009!
Having grown up in Kamloops and having a love for all the great things Kamloops has to offer, this was a natural transition for Shelley and her family. Over the past 20 year, she has worked in the public service sector and she has learned the value to “giving back” to society and continues to be guided by the vision, mission and values of this company.
Shelley strives to enforce these principles in all she does, and she is passionate about “Changing People’s Lives, One House at a Time!®”
